Tie Downs
Twenty Six (26) small “D” link tie downs provided 18” apart and have a design load of 15,000 lbs with ultimate load of 22,500 lbs. Eight (8) large “D” link tie downs provided that have a design load of 75,000 lbs and a ultimate load of 112,500 lbs. In addition lift & tie-down provisions for loading aboard ships located at the front & rear balanced to allow lifting of empty trailer. (Winch straps can be provided in lieu of “D” links as shown in drawing) Container Locks: Eight (8) ISO container locks located on deck, accommodating one (1) 20’ ISO, two 20’ ISO containers, or one (1) 40’ ISO container.

1 3/8” vertical finger joints apitong flooring secured to every crossmember.
Side Board Kit: Front header provided 10” wrap around, side rack panel kit provided, tarp kit provided with bows & securing/fastening items (ropes & straps)
Finish
Sandblasted to near white, powder coated green or desert tan or painted with zinc rich primer & CARC paint 383 Green or Dester tan in accordance with MIL-DTL-53072.
All air & electricalc components installed after paint. Carwell treatment provided to OCONUS Locations.
Other colors are avaiable as well.

Trailer is be equipped with Tie-Down & Sling provisions in accordance with MIL-STD-209 & MIL-STD-1366, all provisions are labeled accordingly.
Trailer conforms to MIL-STD-130 with identification plates showing specific UID markings. Plate includes contractor’s model number, NSN, USMC registration number, trailer identification number, weight, date of mfg, & date of delivery. Plates conform to A-A-50271.
Trailer is be equipped with instruction plates and diagrams describing procedures followed for operation, service, & lubrications. Plates are in accordance with A-A-50271 & affixed to the trailer using screws, bolts, or rivets.
Trailer has a shipping plate with a silhouette showing the transport configuration, weight, center of gravity, as well as location & capacity of the slinging & tie-down provisions.
Weld procedures & qualifications are in accordance with D1.1.
