Rear Tail Section
Heavy duty reinforced wheel covers for rear loading up to 30,000 pounds on a 24” x 24” square foot print with no deformation, bolster style, 3/8” plate & 2” stiffeners set up for 3rd powered flip axle. Bolt on cover plate allows access to ABS, axles, as well as air & electrical for servicing the trailer.

Hydraulics
Self contained unit, removable, dual hydraulics, wetline & auxilary 9.1 HP LV100 Yanmar diesel engine hydraulic power source with isolator
engine mounts. Hydraulic gauge on neck, operating pressure of
2,500 to 3,000 psi with bi-pass valve on shoring arm for protection set at 1,600 psi.

Vertical mount gooseneck cylinders 7” x 10”, shoring arm cylinder 4” x 6”.
Tie Downs
Eighteen (18) 45° bent “D” ring tie downs 7 ea side & two (2) on the rear deck of the trailer. In addition lift & tie-down provisions for
loading aboard ships located at the front & rear of the main de
ck each side balanced to allow lifting of empty trailer with auxillary tie down in the center of the load.
Outriggers
Fourteen (14) ea side removable double up front & double in the middle of the load deck to suppoprt transition of outrigger boards. Two (2) 2” x 10” x 10’ & 2” x 10” x 12’ removable outrigger boards in center of the deck with hand holders & method of securing to deck.
Deck
10 gauge steel rock gaurd coverplate over gooseneck. Main deck has 1 3/4” rumber flooring secured with floor screws, center section open for outrigger boards.
Finish
Sandblasted to near white, zinc rich primer & powder coated Seabee Green #34064 with black decals & black rear mud flaps.

Toolboxes installed in base of neck and rear deck of trailer between axles.

Trailer is equipped with Tie-Down & Sling provisions in accordance with MIL-STD-209 & all provisions are labeled accordingly. Trailer is C130, C130J, and C5 air certified.
Trailer conforms to MIL-STD-130 with identification plates showing specific UID markings. Plates include contractor’s model number, NSN, USMC registration number, trailer identification number, weight, date of mfg, & date of delivery. Plates conform to A-A-50271 or standard plates subject to approval.
Trailer is equipped with instruction plates &/or diagrams describing procedures followed for operation, service, & lubrications. Platess are in accordance with A-A-50271 & be affixed to the trailer using screws, bolts, or rivets.
Trailer has a shipping plate of the MHET with a silhouette showing the transport configuration, weight, center of gravity, as well as location & capacity of the slinging & tie-down provisions.
